Return Policy

The Jim Warren Store does not accept standard returns.

We want you to love the product(s) you order, so we do offer options in case we make a mistake.

Damaged/Defective Items:

The Jim Warren Store offers a full refund or a free replacement if the item you purchased is defective or damaged.

To receive a refund or replacement item, the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Photo proof is required. Physical return of the item is typically not necessary.

Incorrect Orders:

Returns will not be accepted in cases where the wrong size or color was ordered. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we may be able to offer a one-time discount for a replacement.

Exchanges:

Our team may accept exchanges in some situations. These are at the discretion of the Jim Warren Store management team and depend on stock we have on hand at the time of your request.
